SHIPPING AND RETURN

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

BEYOND THE SEA   seeks to offer high quality products and it is thinking about the satisfaction of its customers that our Exchange and Return Policy is made available, in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code.  It is important that the consumer is aware of the deadlines for requesting an exchange or return.

REPLACEMENT
 

If you need to exchange the product, please write to the contact form.  website contact.  The deadline for the customer to send the product for exchange is 07 (seven) days from the receipt of the product. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

The customer must make the exchange request through the  e-mail containing the invoice number, the purchase order number and the reason for the exchange.  In case of change of size and/or color, we do not guarantee that it will be available in stock. We do not reserve parts.  Only after replying to the request by email,  the product must be sent to ALÉM DO MAR for technical analysis of the part  accompanied with the invoice and with the original packaging, label attached to the piece, without signs of violation of the product's seal, without signs of use and without odor, and cannot be washed.  The consumer will be responsible for the misuse of the merchandise or that, through his exclusive fault, has damaged it, in accordance with articles 12, 14 and 18 of the Consumer Protection Code.

The deadline for resolving exchanges is up to 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the product by ALÉM DO MAR.

The cost of shipping to  first exchange  will work as follows: the costs for sending the product to be exchanged to our address will be the responsibility of the customer and the shipping of the new product will be the responsibility of ALÉM DO MAR. If there is a need for new exchange(s), the costs for shipping and returning the new product will both be the customer's responsibility.

DEFECT:
 

ALÉM DO MAR has a lot of affection and care with each piece that comes out of the  our stock and attention to the finishing of each product. We check all parts before packing for shipping. However, if they have manufacturing defects, they can be returned or exchanged. We ask for attention to the details described:
After analyzing the product received and finding a manufacturing defect, a new product will be sent to the customer. The customer may choose to receive a credit (purchase voucher) for a new purchase, in the same value as the exchanged part. The voucher must be used only once. The voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of its generation.

ALÉM DO MAR has a period of 03 (three) business days to analyze the product after its receipt.  After analyzing the product, the solution will be presented to the consumer through the registered email: refund of the value of the defective product considering any promotional discounts granted or the exchange for the same product or the availability of a purchase voucher to be reused in our store.  ALÉM DO MAR reserves the right to return the same part to the customer, charging the costs with the return postage, if the product is not in accordance with the guidelines described here.

WITHDRAWAL/REPENTANCE (RETURN)
 

Did you give up on the product? Get in touch with ALÉM DO MAR.
The deadline that the customer has to return the product in cases of withdrawal / regret is 07 (seven) days from receipt of the product. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

The customer must make the return request through the contact form on the website.  containing the invoice number and the purchase order number.  Only after response to the email request  is that the product must be sent to ALÉM DO MAR for technical analysis of the part.  The product must be sent to BEYOND THE SEA accompanied with the invoice and with the original packaging, label attached to the piece, without signs of violation of the product seal, without signs of use and without odor, and cannot be washed.

The postage costs are the responsibility of ALÉM DO MAR that  has a period of 03 (three) business days to analyze the product after its receipt.  ALÉM DO MAR reserves the right to return the same part to the customer, charging the costs with the return postage, if the product is not in accordance with the guidelines described here.

INVOLUNTARY RETURN - POST OFFICE  

 

If the order is returned by the Post Office with the status of "invalid address", "recipient unknown", "moved", "owner not found" or similar situation, the postage costs for returning the product will be borne by the consumer.

REFUND OF VALUES 

Credit card: the refund will follow the rules of the card company used for the purchase. The chargeback may occur on up to two subsequent invoices.
Boleto Bancário: the refund of the total or partial value of the purchase will be made in the current account held by the person responsible for the order. The chargeback may occur within 30 days from the date of the returned product analysis response.

ATTENTION:  The refund of the values will be processed only after the receipt and analysis of the product conditions by ALÉM DO MAR.

Considerations:

Product returned without prior notice, after the deadline or with the absence of accompanying items/accessories, will be sent back to the consumer without prior consultation.

The returned pieces may not have undergone any changes such as: making hems, side and height adjustments or of any other nature.

All products will undergo a prior analysis and if the presence of a defect or non-compliance with any of the conditions in the previous topic is found, the product will be sent back to the customer.

ATTENTION PROMOTION

In the case of exchanging products purchased on promotion, the exchange must be made only for promotional products.
